Mrs. Giger's Forensic Science class had the honor of having Officer Brought, from the Overland Park Police Department, come speak to them about life as a police officer.
Officer Brought has experience spanning from working in the gang unit to crisis negotiating. He has worked in the Kansas City Police Department and in Aurora, Colorado. His many experiences, in different locations, helped students understand the demands of a job in law enforcement.
