High School BannerToday, students celebrated their last day of Junior High Summer Weights with yoga and popsicles! Miss Simmons did a great job walking the athletes through a yoga workout and stretches for the kids to use at home. The students have had a great time building endurance and strength all summer.

The athletes were able to utilize high-intensity interval training and the weight room. They worked on the correct form when working their muscles and mental endurance to keep them going when they got tired or sore. They have grown so much! There were between 20 and 50 athletes each day!
