Lathrop Runs Away With Early Lead In Victory
The Blue Jays watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in a 10-0 loss to Lathrop on Tuesday. Lathrop took the lead on an error in the first inning.
The Jays struggled to put runs on the board and had a tough time defensively containing Lathrop, giving up ten runs.
Lathrop got on the board in the first inning when an error scored three runs.
Stringer took the loss for the Blue Jays. He allowed four hits and seven runs over two and two-thirds innings, striking out six.
The Blue Jays collected eight hits on the day. Basel and Stringer each collected two hits to lead the Jays.
