Track update from Coach Feiden:
The Blue Jays stormed the track on Tuesday at Mid-Buchanan and both the boys and girls ran away with 1st place plaques. The girls scored a whopping 218 points and won by a margin of over 100 points, while the boys scored a season high 196 points and won 1st by nearly 70 points.
The night saw the Jays dominate the meet and every event scored points for the Jays on both sides, something that has never happened before. The teams posted season best times in nearly all of their relay races and the group has had a great week of practice leading into their home meet Saturday - The Nate Danneman Relays. If you are looking for some excitement and want to see them in action versus reading about them on Facebook, get out to the track around 9:30 am on Saturday morning and prepare to be entertained by a great group of kids!
