High School bannerMr. Lawson took 19 West Platte students to Washington, D. C. on Thursday, July 25th. To start off day two of their trip, students are touring historical buildings around our Nation's Capitol. The students will see the Capitol, the Library of Congress, the Supreme Court, the Holocaust Memorial Museum, Georgetown, Lincoln Memorial, Korean Memorial, and Vietnam War Memorial.

Yesterday, the group arrived in Washington, D. C. and saw the American History Museum, the Smithsonian Museum, Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial, the Jefferson Memorial, and the Martin Luther King Memorial.

What a great experience for our students!
